Protecting your privacy is of utmost important to us as a company. We process personal data that we collect from you confidentially and only in accordance with the statutory provisions.

2. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to information about the data which we have stored about you, as well as the right to rectification, erasure and blocking of the data.
You can withdraw your previously given consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal.
You also have the right to have the data that we process on the basis of your consent or for the fulfilment of a contract transferred to you or to a third party in a machine-readable, standard format. The data will only be transferred if this is technically feasible.
In the event of data protection violations on our part, you have the right of appeal to the responsible supervisory authority.
 
3. Transfer of data to third parties
The personal data collected from you will only be transferred to third parties if necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or if your consent has been obtained. We will not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
We have no intention of transferring the data to third countries.
 
4. Storage duration
We process the data as long as this is necessary for the respective purpose.
Insofar as there are statutory retention requirements – e.g. in commercial law or tax law – the relevant personal data will be stored for the duration of the retention obligation. After the retention period has expired, a review is carried out to check whether there is a further need for processing. The data will be erased if a need no longer exists.
 
5. SSL encryption
To protect your transferred data and for security reasons, this site uses SSL encryption. When such encryption is activated, your browser’s address bar changes from “http://” to “https://”. The lock symbol will also appear in your browser’s address bar.
When SSL encryption is activated, data that you transfer to us cannot be read by third parties.

6.1 Visiting the website
Purpose of data processing
When you visit our website or access stored files, access data about this process are logged.
Each data set consists of:
- The page from which the file was requested
- The name of the file
- The data and time of the request
- The data volume transferred
- The access status (file transferred, file not found etc.)
- A description of the type of operating system and web browser used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Client IP address       
 
We use these data to operate our website, in particular to establish the load on the website and any malfunctions and to make adjustments or improvements. The client IP address is used to transmit the requested data; it is anonymised once the technical requirement has ceased.
The data are erased as soon as they are no longer required for collection purposes,
but at the latest 3 months after the visit to the website.
The temporary storage of data is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is based on the fact that we make our website available and check for misuse.
The data subject may object to the processing by refraining from visiting our website.
 
6.2 Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. The cookies we use are called “session cookies”. They will be automatically deleted after your visit.

The data entered in the contact form will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent [Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR].
The data that you enter in the enquiry form will remain with us until the purpose for which the data are stored no longer applies (e.g. after completion of your enquiry). Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.
You can withdraw this consent at any time. Simply send us an informal message by email. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal.
                       
6.4 Callback service
If you send us your request via the callback service, your details from the callback form, including the contact details you entered, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and any follow-up questions. We will not share these data without your consent.

Our website has a button which links to YouTube. Pressing this button will take you to our YouTube channel. There are no plug-ins embedded into the website.

7. Newsletter
On the basis of your expressly given consent, we will regularly send you our newsletter by email to your specified email address.
Entering your email address will suffice for subscribing to the newsletter. The data you provide will be used solely for the purpose of sending you the newsletter and will not be shared with third parties.
We use the “double opt-in” process for registration. This logs the newsletter registration, the sending of the confirmation email and the requested response.
You can withdraw your consent to the storage and use of your personal data for the sending of the newsletter at any time. Every newsletter has a link to enable you to do this.
 
8. Emails
If you send us an email, it will be stored by us until your enquiry has been dealt with or until any statutory storage obligations have expired. We ensure that the data are stored securely against unauthorised access by third parties.
However, please note that unencrypted emails sent via the Internet are not sufficiently protected against unauthorised access by third parties. Alternatively, you can send us a message using our secure contact form (SSL standard).
 
9. Applications and application processes
Personal data are collected and processed for the purpose of handling application procedures. The processing is carried out by mail or by electronic means. Such is the case if an applicant
sends us their application documents by email.
If we conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions.
If no employment contract is concluded with the applicant, the application documents will be returned to the applicant or erased at the end of the application procedure.
